I shot this series before leaving La Paz, a city where many people are forced to literally live on the margins. Landslides are not uncommon during teh rainy season, and as you can see here the foundation is not rock solid. These houses, a very concrete manifestation of risk, are just by the Puente de las Americas connecting Sopocachi and Miraflores. On my final days in the city I finally went out of my way to photograph them.
